1. Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

For us to process a claim, please report the issue within 2 hours of delivery/pickup.

4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it.
After this window, orders may already be in preparation and cannot be reversed.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3–7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
